This revolutionary new coating is indistinguishable from traditional bluing but wears like DuraCoat®! Now you can restore an old, worn, and even rusty gun yourself! DuraBlue is an easy to use spray on coating that replicates the look of hot bluing but without the cost or unpleasantness that comes with it.
Simple spray application eliminates need for dangerous and expensive chemicals. No maintenance, no oil, yet never worry about rust. And the best part is you can do it yourself at home or in your shop.
Apply with an airbrush or spray gun or use the convenient aerosol can. Liquid version can be applied with any airbrush or a spray gun with a tip size between 0.5 and 1mm. DuraBlue is a two-part coating. Hardener is included with the purchase of any size.

Dura Blue Matte
I mixed DuraBlue Matte with HK black to perfectly match the deep bluing on a Beretta O/U monoblock. You can do very precise work with this product when using a good airbrush!

DuraBlue
I service a lot of rifles for water fowl hunters. Many use there same old trusty rifle with wooden stock with blued receivers and barrels they purchased years ago or had been passed down a generation or two. DuraBlue allows the customer to retain the original look of their firearm with the added benefit of a finish that will never rust. Applied correctly with a little buffing and most are hard pressed to tell the difference between DuraBlue and a high polished bluing job. Very proud to offer this finish to my customers.

Durablue does it better!
As with anything with a gloss finish, pay keen attention to surface prep as virtually any imperfections will show. That being said, this stuff is amazing! Really looks like a blued finish with unbeatable corrosion resistance. I did a revolver, break over shotgun, and a bolt action for a customer and could not have been happier.
